Over the past few months, there have been major delays for mail sent via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We have noticed a significant lag in the receipt of mailed payments thus resulting in Notices of Cancellation and payment issues for current insureds.
In an effort to avoid these mail issues moving forward, I’d like to highlight the payment and service options available to you, our customer, at this time:
- To pay an existing Apogee invoice, please visit our website and use the online payment portal: https://apogee.epaypolicy.com/ and page 2 of your invoice will list your login information.
- To reach our Accounting team to discuss payment status of an account, please call 1-866-712-6779 option 4.
- To quote instantly over the phone, call 888-845-1637.
