MORE COMMISSION ON QUALIFYING BUSINESS

During the promotional period, standard commission rates increase by 2.5 percentage points:

10% becomes 12.5%
15% becomes 17.5%

Four USLI Retail Web products qualify for the 17.5% promotional commission:

EPLI | Specified Professions (Misc. E&O) | Nonprofit D&O | Technology E&O

All other eligible USLI Retail Web products qualify for the 12.5% promotional commission.

To qualify, new business must be quoted through USLI Retail Web, bound through an Apogee Account Manager, and have an effective date before January 1, 2027.

Renewals, endorsements, rewrites, phone quotes, traditional submissions without a qualifying digital quote, and policies effective January 1, 2027 or later are not eligible. The additional commission applies to the initial policy term only, with commission returning to the standard agency rate at renewal. Accounts generating an underwriting referral are subject to review for enhanced commission payout.
